1. Withdrawal Right

Customers may withdraw within 14 calendar days of delivery.
Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

 

2. Exclusions

Opened or unsealed supplements cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.

 

3. Return Process

  • Contact contact@nirae.eu within 14 days

  • Ship products back securely packaged

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or wrong

 

4. Refunds

Refunds issued within 14 business days after inspection of returned goods, using the original payment method.
