1. Scope

These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern all purchases made on www.nirae.eu, operated by Niraë Wellness Lab. By placing an order, the customer accepts these Terms without reservation.

 

2. Products

Niraë Wellness Lab offers food supplements compliant with EU and French regulations. Each product is described with ingredients, usage recommendations, and warnings where applicable.
The customer is responsible for ensuring suitability to their personal needs or health conditions.

 

3. Orders

Orders are placed exclusively online. Steps include:

  1. Product selection

  2. Cart validation

  3. Entry of delivery and payment details

  4. Acceptance of these Terms

  5. Order confirmation

Orders are final once confirmed. Niraë Wellness Lab may refuse an order in case of payment issues, suspected fraud, or misuse.

 

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in euros (€), VAT included.
Shipping fees are displayed separately at checkout.
Payment is secured via Shopify’s payment system. Niraë Wellness Lab does not store banking data.

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Origin: Germany

  • Carrier: UPS

  • Delivery times:

    • Germany: 2-3 business days

    • EU mainland (other countries) : 3-5 business days

      EU mainland countries served: Germany, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Ireland, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Romania, Bulgaria

  • Fees: Calculated automatically at checkout and displayed before final payment

Delivery is available in the EU and selected destinations, subject to legal restrictions.

6. Receipt of Goods

Customers must inspect parcels upon delivery. Claims for damage, missing items, or incorrect products must be made within 48 hours with photo proof.

 

7. Right of Withdrawal

Customers have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw, in accordance with EU law.
Exceptions: unsealed or opened supplements cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
Products must be returned unopened and in original packaging. Refunds are issued within 14 days after inspection.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or wrong.

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging

  • Refunds processed within 14 business days

  • Return costs borne by customer unless product defective or wrong

 

9. Liability

Niraë Wellness Lab is not liable for misuse, delays due to carriers/customs, or reactions to ingredients clearly listed. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure diseases. Always consult a healthcare professional before use.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms are subject to French law.
Disputes may be submitted to French courts or an EU-certified mediator. EU consumers may also use the ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
